Kombucha: Digestive Health Secrets

A purple and pink background with some blackBut first, kombucha! Never leave home without it. Yes, I drink it every day because it’s delicious and has a lot of health benefits including:

  • Improving digestion
  • Increasing metabolism
  • Detoxifying the body
  • Enhancing the skin
  • Preventing arthritis and cancer
  • Strengthening the immune system

Not to mention it’s full of probiotics! The probiotics in kombucha and high-quality bone broth (as well as the supplement colostrum) are some of the best things you can consume on a regular basis for optimal digestion, immunity, and metabolism.

Kombucha is a fizzy, fermented drink made with tea and is available at health food stores or online. I’m a fan of GT’s Kombucha, Original 16 Fl Oz (or any flavor, really).
